On Friday, May 2, 2025, Central Penn College celebrated it's 143rd Annual Commencement Ceremony at The Forum in Harrisburg, Pa. where five outstanding graduates were honored with student awards.

Central Penn College's annual Black History Month celebration featured five prestigious student awards, a lively performance of song and dance rooted in Gospel music, and inspirational speeches, spotlighting the achievements of Black Americans.

Central Penn College's Esports Rocket League team has once again proven their competitive prowess, capturing their second Division championship title in program history. The team, composed of standout players Logan Kibler, Sam Royer, and Connor Staub, clinched the championship with a thrilling overtime victory against Bluffton University (Ohio) in the Playfly Division finals.

The Central Penn College Chapter of the Gamma Beta Phi National Honor Society recently inducted its newest members in a ceremony held at Central Penn College's Conference Center. Undergraduate students can join the society by earning a 3.3 cumulative grade point average and successfully completing 12 credits at Central Penn College. Graduate students can join the society by earning a 3.5 cumulative grade point average and successfully completing 12 credits at Central Penn College.

The Central Penn College Chapter of the Gamma Beta Phi National Honor Society recently inducted its newest members in a ceremony held at the Capital Blue Cross Theatre. Students can join the society by earning a 3.3 cumulative grade point average (3.5 for graduate students) and successfully completing 12 credits at Central Penn. Congratulations to these 36 students!

Competing against students from college and universities across the state, Dylan Bowman of Central Penn College captured first-place honors in the sports photo category of the PA NewsMedia Association's 2023 Keystone Media Awards for students.

More than 70 Central Penn College students training for careers in medical assisting, phlebotomy, surgical technician, physical therapy assisting, and occupational therapy assisting were formally "pinned" in an evening ceremony in the college's Conference Center on Monday, November 14, 2022.

Hassani Hussein Karemera was one of only 83 students statewide to be awarded a $3,000 Pennsylvania CPA Foundation scholarship as part of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Karamera is a first-generation college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting at Central Penn College in Summerdale, Pa. He is very involved in campus activities and is a member of the Gamma Beta Phi National Honor Society.
