Shonyah Hawkins-Cottman, a Central Penn College corporate communications major from Mechanicsburg, Pa., was awarded the Dr. C. Delores Tucker award for community service.

Dezmyn Edmond, a Central Penn College accounting major from Toms River, NJ, was awarded the Rosa Parks award for academic excellence.
