Carmen Van Pelt Earns Dean's List Honor at Central Penn College

Carmen Van Pelt, of Dover, has been named to the Central Penn College Dean's List for the fall 2011 term. Van Pelt is currently majoring in Accounting BS. To qualify for the designation, a student must carry six or more credits and earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or better for the term.
