Ashlyn Bartlebaugh receives a student excellence award from Central Penn College

Ashlyn Bartlebaugh, of Oberlin, Pa., received one of five student excellence awards presented at Central Penn College's 135th annual Commencement ceremony May 12.

Bartlebaugh, who graduated with an Associate in Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant, received the 2017 Service Award. Bartlebaugh was an active member of the Colleges Against Cancer club, serving as president in 2016 and instrumental in raising $3000 for the American Cancer Society. Even with a rigorous academic schedule, she was committed to the club and giving back to the community.
